Bank of Indonesia's Star Wars-Themed Hybrid Farewell and Welcoming Party

One of the hybrid events organized by the Seemore Event Organizer during the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2022 is Farewell and Welcoming Party of Risk Management Department Bank Indonesia (DMR BI). This event was held on January 31, 2022 at Bank Indonesia Museum, Jakarta and through the Zoom Meeting platform for online audiences. Risk War: A New Hope was the chosen theme of this event which has a deep meaning for the staff of DMR BI because it is hoped that the new positions, titlse and places will become a hope for the "Risk Guardian" or people who work in the Risk Management Department of Bank Indonesia. When DMR BI came to us, it was already Friday evening, 2 days before the event. Therefore, we only got 1 day to effectively and efficiently prepare for everything, from design to logistics.

The nuances of the decorations and designs was inspired by the Star Wars film. Therefore, we used galaxy-themed elements for backgrounds and photobooth, altogether with white and blue dress code for the audience who attended the event . Despite the very short preparation time, the biggest challenge was to pair the previously chosen star wars theme with blue-white and minimalist white flower requested by the elders for table decoration. Fortunately, the implementation of this event was fairly successful with no significant problems.
