PT. Superex Raya, a part of DBC Group, is a new companion of #SeemoreHappiness we met last month. They wished to organize a seller partner gathering, where they could enjoy warmth and friendliness after achieving sales target for this year.
Our journey began when Superex Raya contacted us and requested for a meeting. After listening to their concept and requests, we proposed a quotation and we agreed to walk together for this very important event of theirs.
The journey to their event was not smooth. They requested for a luxurious ballroom, large enough to house 200 persons seated in round table. But, since the preparation for the event was quite tight in high season, a lot of ballrooms meeting their requirements were booked already. Moreover, due to the seller requests and change in concept, we had to change the venue thrice. Finally, blue-themed luxurious grand ballroom of Mercure Bandung City Center was chosen as their venue.
The event began with registration, followed by casual dinner and networking session. After that, series of product knowledge sessions and awarding sessions were held. They specially requested for the event to be lively. Therefore, we added ice breakings and small games in between sessions, making the atmosphere lighten up instantly.
Finally, music sessions came. Participants were allowed to dance, requested for songs, or sang along. The 4 hours gathering ended up later than expected, due to enthusiasm of the participants. We were so happy to #SeemoreHappiness with Superex. Cannot wait for another one!
