9th Annual Scientific Forum: Strengthening National Leaders' Commitment to Transforming the National Health System

From November 10-12, 2023, Ikatan Ahli Kesehatan Masyarakat Indonesia (IAKMI) held the 9th Annual Scientific Forum (FIT IX) collaborating with Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat (FKM UI). The event focused on the theme of "Strengthening National Leaders' Commitment to Transforming the National Health System." Health experts gathered, both in-person and virtually, to share insights and strategies for fortifying the national health system.

This year, FIT IX was designed as a hybrid event, providing flexibility for international participants who were unable to attend in person. Seemore Event Organizer played a vital role in executing the technical aspects of the event to ensure everything well prepared. From venue room readiness, crowd control to participant flow management and ran the event rundown smoothly. Seemore is responsible for every technical detail of the event.

The event began with welcoming remarks, followed by plenary sessions featuring key speakers. One of the most anticipated moments was the participation of the Minister of Health, Mr. Gunadi Sadikin, as a speaker on the second day. Not only featured plenary and parallel sessions but also included oral presentations in various classes. These sessions were designed primarily to facilitate the publication of participants' work rather than simply to increase knowledge. This focus on showcasing research highlights the forum's commitment to advancing the field by giving experts a platform to share their findings with a broader audience.

On the third day, which coincided with National Health Day, we wrapped things up with a fun walk around the campus and a group exercise session. With careful planning and preparation, FIT IX proved to be not only a prestigious scientific forum but also a significant step forward in driving the transformation of the national health system.
